We believe in deep partnerships. In this process we assess you and you assess us for suitability to be partners.

Over the course of 2 months, we assess the fit of your credit union and the collective.

We model your financial current state of your shop; then map it against the rkGoBig costs. Can we save money together?

You participate in our peer Councils: CEO, Operations, & Lending as if you were a partner already. An insider’s view.

Full access to our peer networks in areas such as BSA, risk, marketing, and operations.

Step 3:
Assess Mutual Fit

Assess together if rkGoBig can help your credit union.

Provide an assessment of whether we can save you money in your back office.

Engage our shared big system providers to determine if the platforms can perform for your CU.

Determine if we collectively believe we can work productively together as partners. We call it the mutual BBQ test.

Step 4:
Go/No-Go

Discern. Shared execution is not for everyone.

We arrive at a best path for your credit union.

Both rkGoBig and you decide if it is best to move forward.

If yes, the credit union sign on as a full and equal partner in the firm.
