Why we do it?
Local communities matter now more than ever before. The unnecessary merger of even one credit union devalues our voice and our ability to help our local communities.
We go back to our roots. Credit unions were created for everyday people. At a time when Americans had few options they created credit unions, thereby creating financial resilience and dignity in our communities. We believe those roots need a champion - actually a whole band of us.
Besides, working together is better than working alone.
And we can prove it.
